SIMTU Free is a starting plan for first-time users who have not activated a paid Standard or Pro subscription.

Start without a subscription payment

No payment card is required for Free. You can keep using it without a time limit while your account remains eligible. “For first-time users” describes eligibility, not a limited number of days.

After your 14-day trial

You can try SIMTU for 14 days without a payment card. If you do not add a card and activate a paid plan after the trial, your account moves to Free with the Free plan’s limits and available features.

Moving to Standard or Pro

Once you activate a paid Standard or Pro subscription, Free is no longer available as a fallback plan. If your paid access later ends, your account remains in read-only mode until you renew Standard or Pro.

Remove your payment card before your next billing date to stop future renewal charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Access after a paid subscription ends

Cloud files after paid access ends

Your cloud files are retained for 90 days after your paid subscription ends. Download any files you want to keep before this period expires. If you do not renew Standard or Pro within those 90 days, the cloud files are permanently deleted and cannot be restored by renewing later. Your account remains in read-only mode; this does not delete your account or settle any outstanding Wallet commissions.

Billing changes and model allowances

A change from monthly to annual billing takes effect at the next renewal, with the price and terms shown before confirmation. It does not restart your introductory period. The paid Standard plan includes 50 model downloads per month, with no rollover. Annual payment does not release a full year of downloads at once.A change from monthly to annual billing takes effect at the next renewal, with the price and terms shown before confirmation. It does not restart your introductory period. Annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10, approximately 16.7% less than 12 monthly payments at the corresponding rate.
