Who can become a SIMTU partner?

We work directly with verified manufacturers. Each enquiry is reviewed for our partner network. Resellers and intermediaries are not eligible.

Do all our products need 3D models?

No. Models are agreed for selected products. Show us the files and resources you already have. We will discuss any preparation needed.

Can we start with a selected collection?

Yes. Start with the range you want to present. We agree the product scope and materials together. You can expand your collection over time.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Start with your website and contact details. A catalogue and product images are also helpful. Share technical details and any available 3D files.

Is there a fee to join SIMTU?

Partnership includes a fee billed annually. A commission applies to products sold through SIMTU. We agree both amounts with you before you join.

Are catalogue setup and 3D services included?

You can prepare and maintain your own product data. Optional catalogue setup and 3D work are quoted separately. We discuss the scope and costs before work begins.

Does joining guarantee orders?

No. Joining does not guarantee sales or selections. SIMTU brings your products into designers’ work. We agree ordering and fulfilment terms together.

Getting started

What is SIMTU?

SIMTU is project management software for designers that brings products, project tasks, files and conversations into one workspace. It combines a manufacturer product library with tools for organising your own resources and managing design work. SIMTU works alongside your design software rather than replacing it.

Who is SIMTU for?

SIMTU is for independent designers, architects, 3D artists and design teams who need to keep project information and product selections together. Clients and other collaborators take part through the access shared with them. Selected manufacturers work with SIMTU to make their products available in the library.

Is SIMTU a 3D modelling or rendering program?

No. SIMTU helps you find products, organise 3D assets and manage projects. You continue modelling and rendering in your preferred design software. For selected library products, the SIMTU desktop app lets you drag a product image into supported software to place its ready-to-use 3D model.

Is there a free SIMTU plan?

Yes. SIMTU offers a Free plan to get started. The Plans and pricing section explains the available subscriptions and their limits. Check those details when choosing a plan, especially if you need additional capacity or team features.

Can I explore SIMTU without creating an account?

Yes. The live demo provides a quick look at SIMTU without creating an account. Use Explore live demo to open the demo in a new window. To start your own workspace, choose Start for free.

Do I need to download SIMTU?

You can start with SIMTU in a web browser without installing the desktop app. The desktop application is currently available for Windows and is required for dragging ready-to-use 3D models into supported design software. A macOS desktop version and dedicated mobile apps are not part of the current offering.

Products and 3D models

What can I find in the SIMTU Products Library?

The SIMTU Products Library brings together products from partner manufacturers, including product images, variants and available product information. Selected products also include checked, optimised 3D models. You can use the library to explore products and keep selections connected to your projects.

Does every product in SIMTU include a 3D model?

No. Ready-to-use 3D models are available for selected products and variants. Look for the 3D model label on the product card and check the variant you want to use. A product appearing in the library does not by itself mean that a 3D model is available.

How does drag and drop of 3D models work in SIMTU?

In the SIMTU desktop app for Windows, choose a product variant with a ready-to-use 3D model and make sure the model is downloaded. Drag the product image into your supported design software. SIMTU delivers the associated model, ready to place in your scene. Availability depends on the product, file format and target software.

What does ready-to-use mean for a SIMTU 3D model?

SIMTU checks and optimises its ready-to-use models so designers can place them in a scene without the usual model preparation. These models are intended to save setup time. The final appearance can still depend on your design software, renderer and scene settings. Models you attach yourself are separate from SIMTU’s checked library assets.

Which 3D file formats and design programs can I use with SIMTU?

The current model workflow is based on FBX, BLEND and USD. Use a format supported by your design software and version. Support for a file format is not the same as a dedicated SIMTU integration, and materials or import behaviour can vary. The compatibility list distinguishes planned integrations from the current workflow.

Can I add products that are not in the SIMTU library?

Yes. Add a product from its web page URL or enter its details manually. You can organise it in your personal collection alongside products found through SIMTU. This makes the library useful for your own sourced products, not just the manufacturers already on the platform.

Can I attach my own 3D models to products?

Yes. You can select a 3D model file from your computer and attach it to a product in your personal collection. Keeping the product and its files together makes resources easier to find and reuse across projects. The model remains your own asset rather than a SIMTU-checked ready-to-use model.

Is SIMTU only a catalogue of manufacturer products?

No. The manufacturer catalogue is one part of SIMTU. You can also build your own product collection, attach your own models and organise products within projects. SIMTU connects those resources with project tasks, files and conversations, so the collection supports your day-to-day work.

Projects and collaboration

How does SIMTU help me manage a design project?

SIMTU keeps project information, product selections, tasks, files and conversations in one workspace. Instead of maintaining separate lists and message threads for the same job, you can organise work around the project and return to its context when making decisions.

Can I create tasks and subtasks in SIMTU?

Yes. Project tasks let you assign responsibility, set due dates and track status. Subtasks break a larger task into smaller steps while keeping their relationship visible in the list. This helps a design team see what needs to happen next and who is responsible.

Can I keep conversations connected to a project?

Yes. SIMTU Messages supports conversations with the people involved in your work and keeps project context close to the discussion. You can share messages and files without relying on disconnected conversations to remember which project a decision belongs to.

Can clients and external collaborators access my SIMTU projects?

Clients and external collaborators use the access shared with them, rather than automatically receiving access to the whole workspace. Project sharing is intended to keep relevant information available to the right people. Review the available sharing permissions when inviting someone or sharing project content.

What is the difference between SIMTU desktop, web and cloud?

The Windows desktop app includes the ready-to-use 3D model drag-and-drop workflow. The web platform provides browser access to project work without installing the desktop application. SIMTU Cloud connects the workspace and supports sharing between authorised participants. The three parts serve different roles within the same product.

Manufacturers and support

How can a manufacturer join SIMTU?

SIMTU works with selected manufacturers through direct contact. Choose For manufacturers and submit a partnership enquiry with your company and contact details. The SIMTU team will contact you to discuss your offer and the possibility of joining the platform. Manufacturer access is not created through the standard designer sign-up.

What does a SIMTU partnership offer manufacturers?

A SIMTU partnership brings a manufacturer’s products into a library used in designers’ project workflows. Designers can discover the offer, explore variants and include products in their selections. Ready-to-use 3D models for selected products help designers bring those products into scenes. Product scope and model availability are agreed with SIMTU.

This policy explains how SIMTU processes personal data in connection with simtu.app and the related SIMTU application features. It covers visitors, account holders, studio representatives, project participants, business contacts and people whose information is entered into SIMTU. Separate notices apply to the simtu.store shop and the separate client portal.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The controller for the purposes described below is SIMTU P.S.A., ul. Szpitalna 11, 23-204 Kraśnik, Poland, KRS 0001108213, NIP 7162844039, REGON 528746127. Contact us about privacy or your rights at info@simtu.store or by post at our registered office.

SIMTU determines the purposes and means of processing needed to operate accounts, manage its customer relationships, subscriptions and settlements, secure its services and conduct its own consent-based analytics and marketing.

A studio or other customer may separately act as controller of information about its clients, employees, contractors and other contacts stored in projects, files, tasks or conversations. Where SIMTU only stores or otherwise processes that information on the customer's documented instructions, it acts as a processor under a data processing agreement. This policy does not replace that agreement or the customer's own privacy notice. The role depends on the particular processing activity, not just on who owns an account.

2. Where do we obtain information?

We obtain information directly from you when you create or update an account, contact us, use features, publish content or provide settlement details. Technical information is generated when you use the service. Optional analytics and marketing information is collected according to your consent choices.

Information may also be supplied by the person inviting you, your studio or organisation, a project owner, another authorised participant, a manufacturer handling an order or a payment provider reporting a transaction status. This can include your name, business contact details, role, project association and information needed for the relevant order or settlement. If we act as controller and obtain your information indirectly, we provide the required information within the applicable GDPR time limits, unless an applicable exception applies. You can contact us to ask about the source of your information.

3. What information do we process?

  • Account and organisation: identification and contact details, authentication information, account settings, organisation membership, roles, permissions and subscription status.
  • Projects and contacts: project names and addresses, client and collaborator details, roles, specialisations, notes, tasks, schedules, meetings, invitations, shopping lists, budgets and permissions.
  • Files and communication: uploaded documents, images, models and attachments, message content, links, participants and delivery or read statuses, and technical information needed to provide voice and video calls.
  • Public profile: the studio description, specialisations, service areas, languages, contact details, photographs and posts you choose to publish.
  • Payments and Wallet: billing details, invoices, transaction references and statuses, orders, commission allocations, available and pending balances, payout requests and the account holder's bank details.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, session and security logs, errors, online identifiers and consent records. The scope depends on the feature and settings.

Do not enter information that is unnecessary for the project or collaboration. SIMTU is not intended for collecting special categories of personal data, such as health information, or information about criminal convictions. Photographs, floor plans and addresses may also identify individuals and should be shared only where you have an appropriate basis to do so.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Where SIMTU acts as controller, we use the following legal bases under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Processing on a customer's instructions is instead governed by the data processing agreement and the customer's legal basis.

  • Providing an account and requested services: entering into or performing a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b). This includes requested application features, cloud storage, public profile publication, subscriptions and contractual settlement services.
  • Business contacts and organisation representatives: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in communicating with people acting for customers or partners and administering those relationships. A contract with a company is not automatically a contract with each of its employees.
  • Accounting, tax and statutory obligations: Article 6(1)(c), to maintain legally required records, account for transactions and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
  • Security, support and claims: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests in protecting accounts and services, preventing abuse, resolving enquiries and establishing, exercising or defending claims. Where support is necessary to perform your contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies.
  • Optional analytics, personalised advertising and marketing matching: Article 6(1)(a), your consent. Separate requirements also apply to access to information on your device and electronic marketing communications.
  • Recording privacy choices: Article 6(1)(c), to the extent necessary to demonstrate and comply with applicable consent and data protection obligations.

5. Projects, permissions and communication

Project information is shared according to roles, permissions and the actions of authorised users. A client may access information made available through their project access without occupying an organisation seat. This does not mean that all project files, conversations or financial information become available to them. A saved contact is not automatically a participant, and a link does not itself grant access.

Messages and attachments are available to the relevant conversation participants. Adding a person to a group can make its existing history available as explained in the invitation flow. Recipients may retain copies of information they have already received. Deleting or withdrawing a message cannot guarantee removal of their copies.

Voice and video calls process audio, video and connection information to provide the call. Access to your microphone and camera depends on the device permissions you grant. The described service does not include recording or transcription of calls by SIMTU. Any introduction of these functions requires separate information about their operation and legal basis.

6. Public profiles and portfolios

You choose which profile information and project posts to publish. Public content may be viewed by people outside your organisation, copied by visitors and indexed by search engines. Drafts are not public posts. Publishing a portfolio post does not by itself publish the project's private files, tasks, addresses or Wallet information.

Publish photographs and personal information only where you have the rights and legal basis to do so. Removing a publication from SIMTU does not guarantee immediate removal of search-engine caches or copies made by other people. If public profiles are made available through the planned simtu.store designer directory, we will explain that distribution before it is activated. It does not authorise publication of private project content.

7. Payments, orders and SIMTU Wallet

We process the information needed to administer subscriptions, order-related services and commission settlements. This includes payment status, invoices, order references, commission allocations and payout instructions. Payment providers process payment information according to their own role and applicable notices. The relevant provider must be identified during the payment process.

For Wallet settlements we process the account and project owner's settlement information and their own bank account details. Order and return information is used to establish commission eligibility and availability. Data needed for an outstanding settlement, statutory records or a dispute is not automatically erased when a subscription ends or an account-deletion request is received. We assess the applicable purpose and legal basis separately.

8. Analytics, advertising and cookies

With the relevant consent, we use Google Analytics 4 for analytics and Google Ads, remarketing, Google Signals, Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Meta Conversions API for marketing measurement and matching. Information may include online identifiers, pages and events, campaign interactions and selected contact details used for matching. Hashing contact details does not make them anonymous. Advertising partners may associate events with information they hold under their own notices.

Analytics consent alone does not authorise marketing matching or remarketing. Server-to-server transmission through Conversions API respects marketing consent and must not bypass a refusal. The scope of marketing data does not include private project files, message content, call content or bank account details.

You can change or withdraw optional permissions through “Cookie settings” in the Cookie Policy available from the footer. Your choice is remembered for 6 months. The Cookie Policy explains the categories and controls. Electronic promotional communications require any consent prescribed by applicable law. Service messages about your account or a transaction are separate from marketing.

9. Who can receive information?

  • Authorised project and conversation participants, within the relevant permissions, and visitors viewing content you publish.
  • Manufacturers and other parties involved in an order, to the extent needed to process it. Delivery details are provided only to the parties that need them for fulfilment.
  • Hosting, cloud, CDN, technical support, security, email and communication providers supporting the service.
  • Payment providers, banks and accounting providers handling relevant payments and records.
  • Google and Meta service providers according to your permissions, and providers of embedded YouTube content or reCAPTCHA protection according to their actual use and configuration.
  • Professional advisers and competent authorities where disclosure is justified or legally required.

Processors act under data processing agreements and instructions. Other recipients, such as certain payment providers or manufacturers, may act as separate controllers. Where an activity involves joint controllership, the essential terms of the relevant allocation of responsibilities must be made available. You can request further information about recipients at info@simtu.store.

10. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Use of international providers may involve processing outside the EEA. A transfer requires an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision covering the recipient or appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where applicable. Where required, the transfer must also be assessed and supplementary measures applied. A provider's brand alone does not establish a lawful transfer basis.

Contact info@simtu.store for information about the destinations and safeguards applicable to your data and to obtain a copy of the relevant safeguards, subject to protection of confidential information and other people's rights.

11. How long do we keep information?

We do not apply a single retention period to all information. The purpose, the service status, instructions where we act as processor, statutory requirements and any unresolved claims determine the period. Once the relevant purpose and legal basis cease, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, subject to any lawful preservation requirement.

  • Accounts: for the duration of the account relationship. Ending a paid subscription is not the same as deleting an account. A former paid workspace remains in read-only mode according to the service terms. A deletion request is assessed separately from records we must lawfully retain.
  • Cloud files after paid access ends: retained for 90 days after the paid subscription ends. Download files you wish to keep. If paid access is not renewed within that period, those cloud files are permanently deleted from the service. This does not mean that the account, accounting records or outstanding Wallet settlements are also deleted.
  • Other project and communication data: for the period needed to provide the relevant workspace and communication service, taking account of deletion instructions, participant access and applicable preservation obligations.
  • Public content: while you keep it published, with any necessary separate retention for resolving disputes or legal obligations. Third-party copies may remain outside our control.
  • Accounting and tax records: for the applicable statutory period calculated according to the relevant accounting or tax rules, including any lawful extension or suspension.
  • Claims and correspondence: until the matter is resolved and, where necessary, until the relevant limitation period or proceedings have ended. We retain only information needed for that purpose.
  • Technical and security logs: for the period proportionate to detecting faults and abuse or investigating a particular incident.
  • Consent-based analytics and marketing: no longer than the configured retention period for the relevant purpose, subject to earlier withdrawal where no other lawful basis justifies retaining specific information. Cookie choices are used for 6 months. Evidence of consent may be retained separately to meet accountability obligations.

Backup retention and deletion must follow a documented schedule. Backups must not be used to restore deleted information to ordinary use without a lawful reason. Contact us for the retention rules applicable to a particular category of your information.

12. Your choices and rights

Providing information is voluntary, but data identified as necessary is required to create an account, provide a requested feature, process an enquiry or complete a transaction or payout. Without it, that service may not be available. Statutory billing information is required where the law applies. Optional profile information, publication and marketing consent are not conditions for browsing the website.

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you can request access and a copy, rectification, erasure or restriction. Portability applies where automated processing is based on consent or a contract. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. For direct marketing, you may object at any time without giving a reason, including to related profiling. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to info@simtu.store. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month. Where the GDPR permits an extension because of complexity or the number of requests, we explain it within that first month. Where we act as processor, we assist the relevant controller and direct or forward your request appropriately.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. Current contact information for the Polish authority is available at uodo.gov.pl.

13. Profiling and automated processing

With marketing consent, advertising tools can use activity and identifiers to infer interests, build audiences and influence which advertisements you see. You can withdraw that consent using cookie settings. Automated calculation of an amount from order data is not in itself a statement that all processing falls outside Article 22 GDPR. Any solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects requires its own assessment, lawful basis and specific information about its logic, significance, consequences and available safeguards before it is introduced.

14. Security and policy updates

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks of processing, including access management and confidentiality requirements. This policy is not a claim of a particular hosting certification, end-to-end encryption or a guarantee that no security incident can occur. You should protect your credentials and check recipients and access permissions before sharing information.

We update this policy when services, processing activities or legal requirements change. Material changes are communicated in a manner appropriate to the affected users. A policy update does not itself grant a new consent. If information is to be used for a new purpose, we provide the required information before that further processing and obtain consent where necessary.

This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website and in the browser-based application available through simtu.app. It does not cover the separate simtu.store shop or the separate client portal.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account, project, order, settlement and communication data. This document supplements that policy.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you use a website. They can maintain a session, remember settings and recognise a browser during subsequent visits.

We also use similar technologies, including localStorage, online identifiers, tags and pixels. Depending on their purpose, these technologies store settings or communicate information about the use of the service.

They may process personal data, including online identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited and actions performed.

3. Why do we use these technologies?

Strictly necessary technologies

These support the operation of the service and the functions you request. They include technologies needed to maintain a signed-in session, protect against abuse, remember your cookie choices and provide requested functionality.

They do not require consent only to the extent that they are genuinely necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service you have requested. We do not use this exemption to activate analytics or advertising.

Analytics technologies

With your consent, these help us understand how the service is used, assess the performance of content and features, and identify areas for improvement.

We use Google Analytics 4 for these purposes. The information processed may include pages visited, events, referral sources and technical information about your device and browser.

Marketing technologies

With your consent, these help measure campaign performance, attribute user actions to advertising and tailor advertisements to interests. They may support audience creation and remarketing to people who have visited the service.

We use Google Ads, remarketing features, Google Signals and Meta tools, including Meta Pixel and advanced matching. Advertising features and cross-device activity matching require marketing consent. Analytics consent alone does not activate them.

Advanced matching may involve transmitting selected contact details in cryptographically hashed form to match events to users. Hashing does not make that information anonymous.

4. External content, security and communication

The service may offer YouTube videos, Google reCAPTCHA protection, messaging, voice calls and video calls.

Embedded content and external tools may disclose device information, IP addresses and interactions with a feature to its provider. Where activation involves optional storage of or access to information on your device, this takes place only after the relevant consent has been obtained.

We do not classify a tool as strictly necessary solely because it serves a security purpose. This also applies to reCAPTCHA. Its activation depends on its actual configuration and processing activities.

Rejecting optional technologies may limit access to embedded content or a particular feature, but does not prevent access to the website’s basic content.

Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of message content, audio and video.

5. How do you choose your settings?

On your first visit, you can:

  • accept all optional technologies,
  • reject optional technologies,
  • choose analytics and marketing permissions separately.

Optional categories are disabled by default. Not making a choice, scrolling or continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

We remember your choice for 6 months in the relevant browser. After that period, we ask you to choose again. We may ask earlier if changes to purposes or technologies require fresh consent.

Deleting browser data or using another device or browser may cause the notice to appear again.

6. Changing or withdrawing consent

You can open “Cookie Policy” from the website footer and select “Cookie settings” at any time. You can change individual permissions or reject all optional technologies.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After withdrawal, we do not use the affected technologies for further processing based on that consent.

You can also delete cookies and other site data or change your browser settings. Deleting cookies does not automatically erase information previously transmitted to providers. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights in relation to that information.

7. How long is information retained?

Session cookies operate for the duration of a browser session. Persistent cookies have a defined expiry period unless you delete them sooner. localStorage has no automatic expiry, so the service must control how long the information stored there is used.

We use your recorded cookie choice for 6 months. Other periods depend on the specific technology and its configuration.

The lifetime of an identifier in your browser is different from the retention period for analytics or marketing data on a provider’s servers. The detailed technology inventory identifies providers, purposes, categories and lifetimes.

8. Providers and data transfers

Depending on the features used and your consent choices, information may be received by Google and Meta service providers and by infrastructure, security and communication providers acting for SIMTU.

We also use Meta Conversions API to transmit events between servers. It is not a cookie. Marketing data transmission through this mechanism respects your marketing consent choice and is not used to bypass a refusal.

Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Our Privacy Policy explains recipients and their roles, applicable transfer mechanisms and how to obtain information about safeguards.

9. Legal grounds and your rights

Storing information on or accessing information from your device is subject to the Polish Electronic Communications Law. We use optional technologies on the basis of prior consent. An exemption applies only to uses that meet the statutory conditions for strict necessity.

Where the information constitutes personal data, the GDPR also applies. The analytics and marketing described in this policy rely on consent. Processing necessary to provide a service, ensure security or demonstrate a user’s choice requires a separate legal basis appropriate to its purpose, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object where processing relies on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent data protection supervisory authority. Information about the Polish authority is available at uodo.gov.pl.

10. Policy updates

We update this policy when technologies, processing practices or legal requirements change. Updating this document alone does not authorise new purposes that require your consent.

The current version is available through the service. Please send questions to info@simtu.store.

These Terms govern the use of simtu.app and the related SIMTU application and cloud features. SIMTU supports design work, project collaboration, product selection, communication, portfolio publication and commission settlements. Separate sales terms apply to purchases from sellers, and separate agreements govern manufacturer partnerships. The simtu.store shop and the separate client portal have their own applicable terms.

1. Service provider and contact

The service provider is SIMTU P.S.A., ul. Szpitalna 11, 23-204 Kraśnik, Poland, KRS 0001108213, NIP 7162844039, REGON 528746127, referred to as “SIMTU” or “we”. Contact: info@simtu.store. You can use this address for service enquiries, complaints and contractual notices, or write to our registered office.

2. Main concepts

  • User: a person using SIMTU on their own behalf or as an authorised representative of an organisation.
  • Account and workspace: the user's access to SIMTU and the environment in which an organisation or user manages their work.
  • Project: a workspace for project information, participants, tasks, files, product selections and related orders, subject to permissions.
  • Plan: Free, Standard or Pro, with the functions and resource limits stated in the applicable offer.
  • Resources: product information, photographs, models, textures and other materials available in SIMTU.
  • Cloud: storage for supported files and attachments, within the purchased capacity and applicable service limits.
  • SIMTU Wallet: a private record of commission calculations, availability and payouts. A displayed pending amount is not an immediately payable amount.
  • Commission pool: the amount calculated at the applicable rate and allocated between the designer's commission and the client's share described as a discount.

3. Account, contract and access

Browsing the public website does not place a paid order. An account agreement is concluded through registration and acceptance of the Terms in the registration process. A paid subscription requires a separate confirmation showing the plan, currency, total price including applicable taxes, billing period and renewal conditions. You can review the Terms before accepting them and retain their content. The contractual confirmation and applicable terms are provided on a durable medium.

Provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect access credentials. A person acting for an organisation must be authorised to do so. Do not share a personal login to bypass seat or access limits. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Each party remains responsible under applicable law for its own acts and omissions.

Access to projects, files and conversations depends on permissions. A client linked to a project can use the client access provided by the designer without buying a designer plan or occupying an organisation seat. That access is limited to the relevant client functions and shared information. Adding a contact or sending a link does not itself grant access to private content.

4. Features and technical requirements

Depending on the plan, SIMTU provides a product library, personal product and model collections, projects, tasks, a calendar, contacts, messages and calls, cloud files, a public profile and Wallet functions. Availability may depend on role, plan, resource limits, operating system and integration compatibility. A future feature described as planned is not included as an already available service.

The browser service requires an internet connection and a supported, up-to-date browser with JavaScript and storage needed for essential functions enabled. Optional marketing cookies are not a technical requirement. Voice and video calls require compatible audio/video equipment and the relevant device permissions. Drag-and-drop model placement requires the supported SIMTU desktop application and compatible design software. Current compatibility and installation requirements must be available before download or purchase. Third-party software licences are not included unless expressly stated.

5. Trial and Free plan

The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. Starting the trial does not authorise an automatic subscription charge. After the trial, add a card and activate a paid plan if you wish to continue with paid features. If you do not do so, an eligible first-time user's account moves to Free.

Free is available to first-time users who have not activated a paid Standard or Pro plan. It has no subscription time limit while eligibility is maintained. It includes one project, the stated allowance of 30 tasks and 5 model downloads, without cloud storage or commission entitlement. The five downloads are a starting allowance, not a monthly allowance. Other restrictions are shown in the plan comparison. Once a paid plan has been activated, Free is not a fallback after paid access ends.

6. Standard, Pro and billing

Standard and Pro are billed monthly or annually, per user as stated in the offer. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. The pricing page shows the price, currency, included limits, introductory offer and renewal rate. Net prices are supplemented by applicable tax. Before a paid order is confirmed, the total payable amount and renewal terms are shown. Changing the interface language does not change an existing contract, its currency or amounts already due.

The first-year offer is granted once. It starts with the first payment after the trial and applies for the first 12 paid months or the first annual period, according to the selected offer. Changing a plan or billing frequency does not restart this period. Closing the offer to new customers does not shorten an introductory period already granted. Subsequent renewals use the rate stated in the accepted offer, subject to any later lawful contractual change.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable monthly or annual interval. Remove the payment card before the next billing date to stop future renewal charges through the account's payment settings. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Statutory rights to withdraw, terminate or submit a complaint remain available independently of this account action, including by contacting SIMTU. A failed payment does not itself erase an amount already lawfully due.

A change from monthly to annual billing takes effect at the next renewal on the terms shown before confirmation. Other plan changes require confirmation of their effective date and financial consequences. Standard includes 50 model downloads per month and 20 GB of storage. Pro includes 100 model downloads per month and 60 GB. Unused monthly downloads do not roll over. Annual payment does not make a full year's downloads available at once.

7. Additional cloud storage

Additional storage is a separate monthly charge, including when the SIMTU plan is billed annually. Storage tiers specify total capacity, not additional capacity. You select one tier and its charges do not stack with other tiers. The applicable surcharge depends on the capacity already included in your plan and is shown before activation.

Storage renews monthly from activation. An increase takes effect immediately with a proportional charge for the remaining part of the storage billing period. A reduction takes effect at the next storage renewal. Storage stops renewing when the paid SIMTU plan ends. The consequences of a capacity reduction, including any upload restriction, must be shown before you confirm it. A reduction is not itself permission to delete existing files without the applicable retention rules and notices.

8. End of paid access and files

After paid access ends, an account that previously used Standard or Pro remains in read-only mode until a paid plan is renewed. It does not return to Free. Cloud files are retained for 90 days after the paid subscription ends. Download the files you wish to keep before that period expires. If paid access is not renewed within those 90 days, the cloud files are permanently deleted and cannot be restored simply by renewing later.

Deleting cloud files does not itself delete the account, settle outstanding commissions or remove records that must be retained by law. You can request closure of the account by contacting SIMTU. Account closure and statutory rights to retrieve content are handled separately from subscription non-renewal. SIMTU retains only information for which a valid purpose and legal basis remain, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Product selections and orders

A product selection, shopping-list entry or model download is not a purchase and does not create commission. The designer and client can use shared order information according to permissions. The client makes payment through their own access. Before an order is placed, the buyer must receive the seller's identity, product and delivery information, total price, payment terms and applicable cancellation, return and complaint rules.

The party identified as seller in the order is responsible for the sales contract and product obligations. These Terms govern SIMTU's own service and do not replace the seller's terms or remove SIMTU's responsibility for its own obligations. Product information and visualisations do not remove the designer's responsibility to check suitability, dimensions and technical requirements for the particular project.

10. Commission pool and client share

Commission applies only to partner-catalogue products bought by the designer's client through SIMTU within that designer's project. Purchases outside SIMTU do not qualify. The pool is calculated from the net product price, excluding transport. Before sending a product to the client for approval, the designer sets how the pool is divided between their own commission and the client's discount. The division cannot be changed afterwards. Both portions come from the same pool, and the base product price is not changed by that allocation.

Free does not include commission. The standard pool range is 2–5% in Standard and 5–10% in Pro. Increasing the pool within the plan requires a complete profile and at least five published posts. The rate applicable to the specific product and manufacturer must be shown before the split is confirmed. A plan's range is the combined pool, not the designer's guaranteed take-home percentage.

In Pro, a designer can contact a manufacturer and agree an individual rate, including above 10%. The manufacturer assigns it to that user's account in place of the standard plan rate for that manufacturer. It remains a pool to be divided between the designer and client. An individual agreement is not guaranteed by subscribing to Pro.

11. SIMTU Wallet and payouts

Commission remains pending until delivery is confirmed, the applicable return period has ended and relevant returns or disputes have been resolved. A returned product does not generate commission, and the corresponding entry is removed or corrected. Client payment alone does not make commission available for payout. Wallet records distinguish pending amounts, available balance and payouts in progress or completed.

A payout requires an invoice and at least EUR 250 net in available funds under the EUR settlement offer. The PLN offer uses a threshold of PLN 1,000 net. This is not a currency conversion mechanism. The settlement currency applicable to the account governs the threshold, and changing the interface language does not change it. A payout is due only to the owner of the account and project, to their own bank account, after verification of the required settlement information.

Below the applicable threshold, funds remain recorded but cannot be withdrawn under the ordinary payout procedure. Ending a subscription does not itself satisfy the threshold, erase the record or authorise forfeiture of an outstanding entitlement. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected. The required invoice details, party responsible for payment and payout processing period must be provided in the settlement conditions before the user enters the commission arrangement. These Terms do not introduce an unconfirmed payout deadline or self-billing requirement.

12. Resources, user content and portfolio

Rights to the application and supplied resources remain with their respective rights holders. Resources may be used only within the licence applicable to them. Models intended for compatible design software can be used in that workflow according to their licence. Access does not grant ownership or permission to resell model files, create a competing resource library or redistribute files beyond the granted rights. Any resource-specific restrictions must be available before download. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

You retain your rights to content you upload. You authorise SIMTU only to perform the storage, technical processing, display and sharing needed to provide the functions you request. Publishing a post authorises its public display within the selected publication scope, not unrestricted use of private project materials for advertising. You must have the rights and legal basis needed to upload and share content, including photographs and third-party personal data.

You decide which portfolio posts to publish. Drafts are not public posts. Publication does not itself disclose private project files, tasks or Wallet information. The planned presentation of public profiles in the simtu.store designer directory requires prior information about that publication scope. Removal from SIMTU does not guarantee removal of copies already lawfully retained by recipients or search engines.

13. Acceptable use and content reports

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with security or bypass plan and access restrictions. Do not mass-extract resources without authorisation. Restrictions on analysis or modification of software do not override mandatory statutory permissions.

Report potentially unlawful content to info@simtu.store. Identify its precise location, explain why you consider it unlawful, provide contact details where required and state that the report is made in good faith and is accurate to your knowledge. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data. We assess reports and may request clarification. Measures may include restricting particular content or access, proportionate to the issue and applicable law. Urgent action may be needed to address a security threat or comply with an authority's order.

Where required by law, we explain the grounds, scope and duration of a restriction and the available means of contesting it, unless disclosure is legally prohibited. You can ask for review at info@simtu.store. Suspending access does not automatically transfer ownership of content, extinguish claims or forfeit Wallet amounts. Any additional statutory notice, appeal or dispute-resolution rights remain available.

14. Liability, availability and complaints

SIMTU exercises due care in providing the service, maintaining its security and delivering required updates. Unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise, SIMTU does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or 100% availability. Maintenance, updates and incident response may require temporary interruptions. The absence of an uptime guarantee does not remove SIMTU's obligation to provide the service in conformity with the contract and applicable law.

Subject to the mandatory-law safeguards below, SIMTU is not liable for damage caused by a user's unlawful use or use contrary to these Terms, inaccurate data supplied by the user, sharing login credentials, incorrectly granting access, or faults in equipment, software or internet connections for which SIMTU is not responsible. This exclusion applies only to the extent that the damage results from circumstances for which SIMTU bears no responsibility. It does not excuse SIMTU's own breach, including a failure to apply security measures required of SIMTU.

Users and manufacturers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights to content they supply. Merely storing or displaying that content does not mean SIMTU has authored, endorsed or individually verified it. Where SIMTU provides hosting, it benefits from the statutory liability exemptions only when their conditions are met, including the required response upon obtaining knowledge of unlawful content. This provision does not exclude SIMTU's obligations to handle notices or comply with lawful orders.

Where a manufacturer or other independent partner is identified as the seller, SIMTU is not that seller and does not assume the seller's obligations concerning product conformity, safety, delivery, warranties or returns merely by providing the platform. SIMTU does not guarantee a project's technical suitability, a manufacturer's performance or a user's commercial results. This allocation does not exclude liability for SIMTU's own service, its own representations or obligations imposed on it by law.

Users should retain independent copies of important files and download cloud files before the retention period specified in section 8 expires. Subject to mandatory law, SIMTU is not liable for data loss attributable solely to the user's deletion, failure to retain a necessary copy of data not entrusted to SIMTU, or failure to download files before deletion properly carried out under the agreed retention rules. A user's lack of a backup does not automatically exclude SIMTU's liability where a breach attributable to SIMTU caused or contributed to the loss. Contractual and statutory rights to retrieve content remain unaffected.

SIMTU is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure or other external circumstances only to the extent that, under applicable law and the contract, SIMTU is not responsible for those circumstances. A cyberattack, network outage or subcontractor failure is not automatically an exemption. SIMTU remains responsible for the care and measures required of it and for persons used to perform its obligations to the extent provided by applicable law.

All liability exclusions and limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. They do not exclude liability for intentionally caused damage or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning conformity of digital services. They also preserve the statutory protection granted to eligible sole traders. No exclusion in these Terms overrides an express obligation undertaken by SIMTU in an individual agreement.

Submit complaints to info@simtu.store or our registered office. Describe the issue, identify the relevant account or transaction and state the requested resolution. Supporting information helps assessment, but lack of a particular form does not invalidate a complaint. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details. Consumer complaints are answered within 14 days where that statutory deadline applies. We do not reserve a unilateral extension of mandatory response periods.

Where consumer digital-service rules apply, you may require the service to be brought into conformity and, in the circumstances provided by law, obtain a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. These Terms do not replace or limit those remedies. Product complaints are addressed to the seller identified in the order. Complaints about SIMTU's own service remain addressed to SIMTU.

15. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where consumer withdrawal rules apply to a distance service contract, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. It is separate from the promotional trial period. Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the deadline to info@simtu.store or our registered office. You may use the wording below, but it is not compulsory. Any legally required online withdrawal function is an additional route and does not replace the right to make a statement.

If you expressly request that a paid service begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, a proportionate payment for the service already provided may be due only where the statutory conditions are met. Starting an ongoing subscription does not by itself remove the right to withdraw. Exceptions for fully performed services or digital content apply only if all statutory conditions, including the required prior statements and information, have been satisfied. Merely accepting these Terms is not such a statement.

Refunds due following statutory withdrawal are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement, using the same payment method unless another no-cost method is agreed. Statutory rights to retrieve content supplied or created during the service remain available, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

16. Manufacturers

Manufacturer participation is paid in annual cycles. The participation fee, product commission rates, responsibilities and settlement terms are agreed in the partnership agreement, not by this public price list. Joining does not guarantee sales. Manufacturers must have the rights to supplied information and resources and keep product information accurate. Models and textures must meet SIMTU's requirements. Creating or correcting models by SIMTU is a separately agreed paid service.

17. Privacy and changes to the service

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and the Cookie Policy explains browser technologies and optional consents. Accepting these Terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing or analytics. Where a customer entrusts personal data to SIMTU for processing on its instructions, an appropriate data processing agreement is required.

Changes to an existing contract require a lawful basis and the procedure applicable to that contract. A new version of the public Terms does not automatically alter a paid period or an already granted introductory offer. Where a change is permitted, affected users receive its content, reason, effective date and information about applicable rights in advance, on a durable medium where required. This clause does not grant an unrestricted right to increase prices or reduce purchased features. Mandatory rights concerning changes to digital services remain unaffected.

18. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Provisions concerning consumers also apply to individuals contracting in connection with business activity to the extent that Polish law grants them the relevant consumer protection. Statutory rights cannot be excluded merely by describing the service as professional software.

Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Consumers can seek assistance from consumer advisers and competent alternative dispute-resolution bodies. Information is available at UOKiK and the European Commission's Consumer Redress portal. Participation follows the rules of the relevant procedure and any applicable legal obligation. Nothing in these Terms removes the right to seek judicial protection.

SIMTU P.S.A. has received funding from the European Union for a project titled: „Development and market launch of the SIMTU desktop application revolutionizing the work of architects, designers, and 3D graphic artists."

The project is being carried out under the program „European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 – Priority FEPW.01 Entrepreneurship and Innovation."

We are implementing this project to strengthen our capabilities and introduce innovative solutions to the architectural industry. The project will be used by architects creating 3D visualizations.

Ultimately, once the application is launched on the market, it will be available to customers in Poland and worldwide.

The result of the project implementation will be a dramatic acceleration and simplification of work for interior architects.
